Nephi applies his extensive business management experience in the electrical contracting industry to provide the insight, vision and leadership that enables not only the company’s growth but also the professional development of the Productive team. His compassionate leadership motivates our team members to not only give their best effort ever day, but also to focus on continuing education and honing their unique skills.
DARIN DEAN
President
An electrical professional since 1983, Darin splits his time between field work and the office. His field work is widely varied, ranging from tenant finish work, network electrical, power distribution and generators to service work that includes the fire alarm systems and general electrical troubleshooting. As a leader, Darin provides support to his team, interfaces professionally with project owners and suppliers, and brilliantly oversees projects of all sizes.
JERRY BRADSHAW
Preconstruction Manager/ CRO
Jerry’s role as Productive Electric’s Contract Manager allows him to use his 25 years of experience in construction, estimating and risk management to provide valuable insight into developing profitable and efficient project management processes which benefit his team, general contractors, and project owners. As a strong leader in the industry, Jerry’s colleagues and customers feel confident in his expertise and management skills.
AARON DIRSCHL
Project Manager
Aaron began his electrical career at Productive Electric over 8 years ago. As a project foreman, he has run a wide range of projects – from tenant fishes to large ground-up builds. His success and experience in the field has lent itself to growing in a Project Manager role, and his love for the electrical industry and passion for customer service, directly reflect the values of Productive Electric.
CODY ROSS
Project Manager
Cody began his career in residential electrical work over 13 years ago, before transitioning to the commercial world with Productive Electric in 2017. He has excelled as a Journeyman and foreman, overseeing large crews and delivering profitable outcomes. His expertise spans a wide range of projects including, clubhouses, sports facilities, and high-security installations for clients like Lockheed Martin. Recently promoted to Project Manager, Cody continues to demonstrate his commitment to excellence and leadership in the electrical industry.
BILL MARTIN
Service Manager
As a certified Master Electrician as well as someone who thrives in an environment in which he gets to work alongside customers and colleagues, Bill has accumulated a wealth of experience in his 25 years in the industry. Bill’s expertise is not confined to a single discipline but has been proven across the board in both field and office work. From working as a job site foreman to managing commercial electrical projects, Bill shows up every day ready to lead his teams to success on every project.
LARRY BELLANTE
Purchasing Manager/ Assistant Estimator
Larry performs a wide variety of important tasks as part of his daily duties as Purchasing Manager that include a mix of deep research into material vendors, planning supply purchases, interfacing with vendor representatives and more. His 12+ years of experience in the electrical field have afforded him the experience and discretion to make high-level purchasing decisions that affect the entirety of the company’s business. Additionally, Larry contributes heavily as an experienced estimator for the Productive team.
